I have been wanting to share these photos so badly. Some were shown on my facebook but not all of them. These are my best friends kids and I love them so much! Both of these kids could be models!

Laundry Closet Organization

I just wanted to show you how we have made our closet laundry room super functional. Our washer and dryer are new because our old ones went out. I love the front load more than anything. It is also at a

height where it is fast and easy. We hung an ironing organization station on the inside of the door where
we would have easy access. We always had hangers getting tangled up so it was such a hassle when

we went to grab a hanger so my husband hung a shower curtain bar in the doorway while we do laundry and we separate the hangers in likeness and then it is easy to grab what we need.
This works so well for us and I just wanted to share.

Oh, and sorry about the painters tape...this room is still a work in progress! :)

This is such a special family! I went to church with Jayme when I was in youth group and she was just little so it is neat to be friends with her now. This photo was done before the rest of them. It looks

a lot different than the rest! Miss Evie is adopted. She is such a blessing to everyone that she comes around but even more her parents! You really would NEVER know because she acts just like her

Mommy and Daddy. It is hilarious! She is hilarious! We did this photo for them to take to the adoption agency showing off the kids and their families. So special! I love this family!

It was such a windy day! Evie is just so darn funny! She won't look at the camera for anything. She has been like that for quite a while now. Here, she saw a football and borrowed it for a little while! haha!

I told you she won't look at the camera. There were also men down the lake playing with remote control speed boats. I wasn't happy but we did what we could. We didn't stay in this location though!

We could not believe Evie was still for this! I wanted to move her closer to Mom and Dad's head but I was afraid because she was doing so good! So funny!

I am a Shamrock, TX girl! I was born there and my family lives there. Growing up, it was the greatest place to be on St. Patrick's Day! I grew up thinking I was Irish! haha

I also grew up riding in the parade with my great aunt and uncle when I was little in a horse drawn buggy.

My favorite part was when I got to ride with my Papa who worked at the Shamrock Post Office in the Post office Truck and throw candy to the other kids.

After the parade, there is the Miss Irish Rose competition which was always fun to go to.

A favorite would have to be the big carnival that Shamrock has for St. Patrick's. I don't get to go this year because we will be out of town but it sure is a fun place to be!

they owned them, for about 7 years. The boys were little. I remember when the youngest was born. They are very special to me!

This child is amazing! I didn't know Miss "B" and her mom when I did the shoot but I got to know them very fast. They are just a blast and I am so blessed that we are friends now.

I first met the Denbow Family a few years ago when I did a photo shoot for them. Bri and I hit it off and became super good friends very fast. She bought a car from Matthew (whom I didn't know at the time)

and she wanted to get us together because she thought he was a great guy from what she knew from him from buying her car. To make a long story short, we went on a blind date and I ended up marrying

him a year later. It was so amazing how God worked in this. Now we are all friends and her girls call me Aunt Heather. I love them all SO much!

I first met Megan and Ryan last year when ice hockey was going on. I was engaged to Matthew at the time and Megan, the girls and me sat together talking while we were supposed to be watching the boys.

~A Photo From Valentines Day~

Valentines Day was so special this year. Valentines in the past have usually been downers but this year,

I am married to the most amazing man who God brought to me. Did I ever dream I would get

married at 32 years old. Absolutely not. I thought I would be single for the rest of my life by then. Well, I was wrong. October 15, 2010, I married my prince charming.

I wanted to do something so special this year for him. I am not a cook or a baker. He is an amazing cook. I did throw together Mexican tacos the other night but I wanted to bake cupcakes from scratch.

I started looking on the internet (remember, I know little about baking)

and I kept finding recipes that were amazing but I thought you had to have a mixer. I asked for one

for our wedding but I want the Kitchenaid Mixer so it didn't happen. (Maybe someday).

What I didn't know was that I could have done it anyway, just not as easy with my handheld mixer.

So, I went to the store and bought a mix and used Betty Crocker icing and little candy hearts. Did it matter to him that they were from the box? NO! The thing that mattered was that we spent time together that night. I love Matthew! He truly is a gift from God!

P.S. The cupcakes WERE fun to eat though!

Helping me improve my business any way he can, my sweet hubby is going to help me buy a lens. I have been trying to figure out which lens get. I think we are going to end up buying this one and I am SO excited! I have heard so many great things about it and my lens now is a Sigma but I have heard that Canon's are well worth the money. It should be very very soon when we are able to buy it. I can't wait but I truly do have the best husband ever. Lens/No lens...Just having him makes me the happiest person in the world!

I grew up with Haylen's mom until I moved to Amarillo when I was 12. It was a lot of fun getting reconnected with her as well.

~My First Ice Hockey Game~

YES, I DID SAY ICE HOCKEY!!! Here is Ridge and me before the game.

Here is me all suited up. With all that equipment, it sure is hard to get hurt. It takes 30-45 minutes to get it all on and then you have to go out there and skate for a while to get used to it and the ice! Wheewww!

My GAME FACE....Well, I can make a better one but I was looking at something when she took the pic!

I was actually super scared to play at first but it is SO much fun! I NEVER dreamed I would like anything like it! Which brings me to the question in your mind,"WHY in the world would you ever play ice hockey?" I have been watching Matthew play for a little over a year now but he is good. Then we started talking about "Sticks and Pucks" which is an instructional league. You really want to jump out there with those big guys but it is so important you learn the rules, learn how to skate and handle the puck. So, I tried "Sticks and Pucks" and absolutely love it. My 3rd time to be on the ice, we had a game. Matthew had bought me all new equipment that actually fit me and I was ready to go. It was a blast!

This is where I got knocked down while trying to get up from being knocked down.

There is my handsome hubby who coached our team that night. That was super special having him coach. He is the one that has taught me what I know in a very short period of time!

AND....Here is me scoring a goal........................For the WRONG team! Oh well, at least I made a goal. I did get an assist though FOR OUR OWN TEAM. lol Life is too short to not have some fun! (with lots of cushion I might add)

~The married life~

Married life is such a blast. I never knew I could love someone so much! We have A LOT going on right now. Slow month for photography but busy month for everything else. Matthew has gotten me into hockey! It is quite funny because I feel like the little brother in The Christmas Story. I had a blast though.

I went on the AO middle school ski trip to Winter Park, CO the day after Christmas and I had such a blast. I got close to so many precious girls and some wonderful awesome adults. Matthew didn't get to go this year but is going next year for sure.

We are both helping with AO. Matthew helps lead Praise and Worship for middle school and high school. We help teach for both. Couldn't love it more. Well, I am sure I will! ;)

The girls keep us busy! They are hilarious and so fun. We love them. They are great. Chloe is still a mess. Ali is just laid back! They give me a run for my money while Matthew is at work and when he gets home, they sleep by him on the couch. They are too cute!

I have a new car...a blazer for the time being while we save up for a down payment for my new SUV. I love the blazer. It is so roomy. It is 4 wheel drive. The lady that had it took AMAZING care of it.

I still am keeping my precious niece after school. KINDERGARTEN! She keeps me on my toes too. We have a lot of fun!

We had so much fun with family over the holidays! We are so blessed!!!! SO SO BLESSED!

~Our Honeymoon...such a blessing~

We actually got to go to Paradise. We went to the Virgin Islands and stayed in St. John. Here are just a few pics of how beautiful it was. The photos are endless and are on my FB. Still putting them on there. We truly had to pinch eachother when we woke up to this view from our room in our 3 story Villa. We went down to our private beach, we ate and drank with the locals, we went to the beach...several actually. We went snorkeling with stingrays and lots of other things, we took a boat trip (fishing...caught baraccuda, and more snorkeling), we went on the most amazing hike down and back up the mountain seeing mongoose, and deer the whole way. I got stung by a wasp at the bottom of the mountain so we were grateful I wasn't allergic to it because we would have been in trouble. So, a fat, hurting lip I got but the hike was way worth it. We hung around the villa and then on the last night went to a block party for breast cancer awareness. It was SO much fun! We were so blessed to be able to go!

Wow, we are so glad that the day finally came. We have been married for almost two weeks now. The wedding was a DREAM. It was so beautiful and more than I could have ever dreamed. I did feel like a princess marrying my prince. We don't have pics yet but they will be on my FB page! Our photographers, Lezlie and Jeremy Andrew were so amazing and such a blast! Can't wait to see pics! Just got back from our honeymoon in St. John in the Virgin Islands. Could not have been more blessed! Lots of pics on my FB from there. WOW, it is real, I am Mrs. Heather Mullin now!

WOW...3 Weeks Until We are getting married...

It is amazing the time that has gone by and how Matthew and I have grown to love eachother more and more every single day! We have been blessed by family and friends beyond what we could ever have imagined or dreamed. We have the best family and friends! We could never express just how much we love you all! The wedding plans are wrapping up. Just little things to do now! I just can't believe it is SO close now!
